Why do we need meditation? Become kinder, faster, stronger, smarter, and accept ourselves. This makes sense in life. Meditation changes the subconscious mind in that one experiences higher states of consciousness, eliminate suffering in life, and bring happiness to life. To understand how this happens, read on.
How does it usually start?
When you experience something that does not suit you. You feel like getting something or want to eliminate something. For example, you want to become better or fix some shortcomings. Further, along with the understanding that you are dissatisfied and suffer in life, you begin to look for the causes of un-happiness. First, you look on the outside, other people, your boss, parents, soul mate, or various circumstances. Over time, you begin to guess that, perhaps, everything that happens to you is connected with yourself. You possess yourself, manage your attention and emotions. What does consciousness look like without the practice of meditation?
Thoughts constantly directing us

An endless stream of thoughts leading our attention to the future into the past or thinking about ourselves. This flow is very difficult to control without training attention. Imagine the situation: summer, sun, deep blue sky, we are sitting on wooden walkways on a river or lake, our feet are touching cool water, a pleasant warm breeze is blowing… We came here to enjoy nature, but the worries of life, work, and other thoughts capture our attention and do not allow us to be with ourselves and the current moment. Everyone knows the internal dialogue. Is that what we say? Why can’t we say to ourselves: “Voice, stop !, I want to rest, shut up for 10 minutes.”
Control of the mind

The nature of our mind is to protect us and strive to control everything. And above all, control ourselves and people close to us. But can we control our minds? Our consciousness does not see what is happening in the unconscious area. How can we control what we don’t even realize? Why is it so difficult to instill a habit? For example, start meditating, start running, doing yoga in the morning, stop smoking, or have another good habit? Why is it so difficult to just say to yourself: “That’s it! From now on, I will start doing this and that and after that do it? ”
Dealing with relations, emotions, and grievances

The world around us is what it is. We constantly face the behavior and actions of people different from our expectations. Someone said a rude word, stepped on his foot, “cut” on the road, deceived, betrayed, etc. How do we respond in response? Can we control our emotions? How do we react after some time when we recall this event? The offender is no longer there, the situation is in the past, we have already suffered damage, but we often continue to experience negative emotions. And why do we need this?
Overcome Mental Fatigue, And Loss Energy

An uncontrolled stream of thoughts, excessive control, unbridled emotions – all this leads to a significant loss of our precious energy and distraction from the moment “now” and our affairs.
Why is this happening, why is it so difficult to manage these processes? The remarkable science of neurophysiology comes to the rescue. Neurophysiologists have come to the conclusion that we see, hear, feel, smell, with a delay of 0.5 seconds. That is, even before we begin to realize something, our brain already knows about it, it manages to start internal processes and even create thoughts. Most of our thoughts are created by our brains, and we just get involved in this endless stream.
“Our” thoughts appear when we control this flow and know how to stop it.
Even more amazing research data suggests that no patterns of emotions and feelings exist. There are no such patterns in DNA or elsewhere. Our states are created by our minds from what is in it, from what we have been thinking about lately, what we have encountered, how we reacted. How this happens: the mind “watches” what is happening around it, “looks” into the memory, and introduces us through the hormonal system into some state, anger, anxiety, joy, and others.
Our consciousness is the operator of the mind, controlling it through attention. If we constantly think about problems, remember about offenders, or, worst of all, reproach ourselves for something, we put in the input data into the mind, which subsequently becomes our state. Inside us is a perfect machine that we don’t even realize, often don’t understand and cannot control.
The great news is that we can learn to control our states and emotions through attention training and metta meditation practice. You can take yourself even out of deep depressions. Through the practice of metta, we learn to create the most productive, creative, happy, states.
What is meditation?
Meditation is the conscious control of your attention. Awareness – mindfulness of observing the movement of attention from object to object. That is a constant reminder to yourself to observe, be aware, and manage your attention. Through attention management, we gain the ability to not depend on thoughts, not get involved in them, “program” our states, block sources of waste of energy, and better “see” and understand our own mind. And most importantly – to guide it wisely.
The formula has long been known: “Change yourself – the world will change around” or, in other words: through the development of awareness in meditation practices, we gain the key to a happy and conscious life!
Metta meditation. has passed the real test of time in the form of several thousand years and is one of the very first meditations discovered by man. Metta is a very effective tool for opening the heart, developing goodwill, and gaining control over your emotions and conditions. In this technique, we develop attention and concentration through observing the sense of metta, the feeling of loving-kindness.
1. What else is a good metta?
Meditation is also a habit, and there are so many interesting things around, so much more to do. To create a habit, it is important that we like the new action and there is no internal resistance. Metta meditation is pleasant and natural, it very quickly becomes a welcome habit. When we practice metta, we train our minds to respond positively to life events. We begin to feel better and less to let in emotional storms, fears, and anxieties. Our condition becomes optimally effective for life, for work, for relationships, for creativity and creation.
The practice of metta is also a deep cleaning of the subconscious from childhood injuries, resentment, rejection of oneself, and other people. Meditation in itself gives an excellent charge of positive and cheerfulness for a long time. Metta can be practiced almost everywhere and in any quantity. Even short metta meditation sessions of 10-15 minutes during the day make our life much easier and happier. The in-depth practice of metta leads to the purification of the subconscious at all levels and a deep transformation of consciousness.
Can Subliminals change your genes and DNA?
According to Bruce Lipton, an American scientist, what we believe determines who we are. So it is not DNA that determines our life and health, but our thinking, whether negative or positive, which, when in harmony with the subconscious, can change the behavior of our genes.
According to Lipton, every cell in our body is an intelligent entity, endowed with intentionality and purpose, able to survive autonomously. Its functions would be shaped by interaction with the environment and not by genetic code. The cell’s “brain” function would be the membrane.
Some tests carried out on it have made it possible to discover that, deprived of the membrane, the cell dies, just as it would happen to us if our brain were removed.
This discovery has allowed Lipton to elaborate theories not always shared by the academic world, but very important and taken as reference by a large number of scholars all over the world.
It is not simply a matter of cultivating positive thoughts. Those who would tell you that those are enough to cure the body would say a disconcerting banality. Lipton’s research makes it clear that we need more than “positive thinking” to take control of our bodies and our lives.
So do subliminal messages have a direct effect on one’s decisions, one’s state, one’s life?
Well, I personally have had various experiences with this.
For example, I realized that when I am focused on a goal, a “right set” of subliminal messages HELP ME in terms of EMOTIONAL STATE, of IDEAS that come to me.
… but also (it seems inexplicable but it is not at all) of EVENTS that happen to me.
Now I do not open this parenthesis otherwise we would risk going out of the seed.
However, what is certain is that there is a tangible effect depending on the “state” in which you find yourself.
But there is even more.
I have been able to see several times that there are techniques that can prepare your brain to be READY to receive a certain subliminal message, compared to when the message is “fired at random” on a normal day.
In short: the brain can TRAIN and CONDITION to be more receptive to receiving A CERTAIN TYPE of subliminal message.
And when this happens (my personal experience): “magic” happens there.
Really: I have seen things happen on the borders of the credible (not to say incredible ).
How can the subconscious limit us?
We become aware of our subconscious only when we discover its negative power in our life. The rest of the time we live with it, without paying attention. It is like the backstage of our consciousness. It brings together our intuitions, our fears, our experiences, our beliefs (including limiting ) …
The subconscious appears to us only when we find ourselves in the grip of a desire for success that we fail to achieve, without objective reasons.
This existing perception started to form at the beginning of our life but at the beginning, it was done without differentiation between reality and our interior, before our consciousness is formed.
In general, having a subconscious is useful in itself, since it comes to feed the conscious level with emotions, intuitions, and personal experiences.
Where it becomes problematic is when it limits our progress, especially towards a balanced, successful, or prosperous life.
Apart from any pathological character, we can lift our limiting beliefs and reprogram our subconscious ourselves gradually.
Here is how you can influence your DNA with your thoughts!
It turns out that we can influence our DNA. And this means that we can improve our health, our relationships with others, better perceive the world and people, and ourselves. We just have to end with a dualistic perception of reality, which is a concept generating divisions and diseases. Can DNA chains relax? Of course! And the more relaxed DNA chains, the better our body is, the better our relationships with others, the better we perceive the world and people, and the more we love ourselves.
Let’s start with the fact that people are dualistic. We are used to seeing brightness and darkness as two separate things that are opposed, always waging war, one must fight the other. However, this concept is only our human narrative trying to explain these two elements to us.
We do not realize that these two sides – light and dark, let’s call them – are two elements of the same reality. They do not compete with each other, they are what they are meant to be as components of a given matter that can develop thanks to this. Here are 6 steps on how to help your DNA with positive thoughts and feelings from your soul.
Strengthen health with the power of thought
To understand the basics of this principle, we first need to take good care of our center. Our innermost essence always strives for connection with our consciousness and our world. There is a very simple reason for this: in the womb, we are very intensively connected to our mother at the beginning of our life, we feel completely safe and secure. After all, we are completely connected in the truest sense of the word. We remember this state deeply in our subconscious and strive for it again and again. However, no longer in a symbiotic manner like the baby, but as an individual who knows about himself and likes to make contact with other people. We are through and through social beings with an inner core that completely defines us as a personality.
Inner authority as a central factor in our health
For the full powers of the body to be activated and the subconscious to be programmed, you should be aware of this connection at all times in your life. Because this awareness is the most important point: it is our inner authority that we need if we want to care for our health sustainably and successfully. It is a huge force that you can access. Always turn on your internal testing authority if someone tells you something about your health, according to the motto: “Is that right for me? Does this match my experience? “
Just the attitude to become aware of how rich you are equipped and that you trust yourself strengthens your health. It is your life-promoting thoughts that affect them on all levels of your body, mind, and soul. This means: You live in your body, control your mind, and embody your soul with all the aspects of your distinctive personality that you have become to this day.
The inner attitude: the concept of salutogenesis
You always carry your internal doctor with you. This is the principle of salutogenesis: we are designed by nature to be healthy. We also have wonderful self-healing powers that are just waiting to be put to full use when needed. The concept of salutogenesis was developed by the Israeli-American sociologist and medical doctor Aaron Antonovsky in the 1980s. It can best be described as a science for the creation and maintenance of health. Your attitude is decisive here: What do you assume? Is everything available for your health?
Programming the subconscious: Think positive right down to the last cell
If you assume that everything is available to you, you will have exactly this experience. The spirit, the conductor of your cells, dictates this rhythm and they cannot help but align themselves with it. Assume: “I am healthy.” This is the basic information according to which our body was created. If you underline this with your positive thoughts and speak to yourself completely convinced even with the flu: “I am healthy”, your mind can quickly convert this information into a fact. It can activate your immune system and fully inform all systems in the body. In this way, you drive healing.
